Right-Sided and Posterior Electrocardiograms: Why? How?

The ECG (Electrocardiograpy) is considered the single most important initial clinical test for diagnosing myo cardialis chemia and infarction. Its correct interpretation, particularly in the emergency department, is usually the basis for immediate therapeutic interventions and/or subsequent diagnostic tests. The ECG changes that occur in association with acute ischemia and infarction include peaking of the T waves, referred to as hyper acute T-wave changes, ST-segment eleva-tion and/or depression, changes in the QRS complex, and inverted T waves. Morover, Right-Sided and posterior ECGs may be useful in identifying STEMI of the right ventricle and/or posterior wall. The health workers should be informed on these issues. The purpose of this article is to provide information on the subject.

Sağ Taraf ve Posteriyor Elektrokardiyografi: Neden? Nasıl?

Elektrokardiyografi (EKG) klinikte miyokard iskemisi ve infarktüs teşhisi için tek ve en önemli başlangıç tetkiki olarak kabul edilir. Özellikle acil serviste EKG nin doğru yorumlanması, genellikle acil tedavi edici girişimlerin temeli ve / veya sonraki tanı testlerini yönlendiricidir. Akut iskemi ve infarktüsle birlikte meydana gelen EKG değişiklikleri; T dalgası sivrileşmesi, hiperakut T-dalgası olarak adlandırılır, ST-segment yükselmesi ve / veya depresyonu, QRS kompleksi değişiklikleri ve ters T dalgalarıdır. Dahası sağ ventrikül ve posteriyor duvar ST segment yükselmeli miyokard infarktüsünün tanılanmasında sağ taraf EKG ve pos-teriyor EKG gerekli olabilir. Sağlık çalışanları bu konularda bilgili olmalıdır. Bu makalenin amacı konu ile ilgili bilgi vermektir.
