Nursing Approach to Patient with Acute Coronary Syndrome Diagnosis According to the Model of Systems

Coronary artery disease is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity in the world. Individuals with coronary artery disease mostly apply to the hospital with acute coronary syndrome. Patients with acute coronary syndrome are affected in many ways of physically, socially, psychologically. When planning appropriate nursing management for nurses, nurses should evaluate individuals in multiple dimensions and offer appropriate interventions based on nursing models. One of these models is Betty Neuman Systems model. In this case report, the stressors perceived by a patient diagnosed with unstable angina pectoris (USAP) and the state of the individual's exposure to these stressors are handled according to the Neuman Systems Model and nursing management is planned.

Akut Koroner Sendrom Tanısı Olan Hastaya Sistemler Modeline Göre Uygulanan Hemşirelik Yaklaşımı

Koroner arter hastalığı dünyada en önde gelen mortalite ve morbidite nedenidir. Koroner arter hastalığına sahip bireyler en çok akut koroner sendrom ile hastaneye başvururlar. Akut koroner sendromu olan hastalar; fiziksel, sosyal, psikolojik açıdan çok yönlü olarak etkilenmektedir. Hemşireler, hastalara uygun hemşirelik yönetimini planlarken, bireyleri çok boyutlu değerlendirmeli ve hemşirelik modellerine dayandırarak uygun girişimleri sunmalıdır. Bu modellerden biri de Betty Neuman Sistemler modelidir. Bu olgu sunumunda, unstabil angina pektoris (USAP) tanısı olan bir hastanın algıladığı stresörler ve bireyin bu stresörlerden etkilenme durumu Neuman Sistemler Modeline göre ele alınmış ve hemşirelik yönetimi planlanmıştır.
